Overall I am very happy with this TV. The picture is good, but does have some shadowing around the edges. The on board apps are handy, however the sound quality from them can be uneven. The TV claimed to have even sound with commercials, but that doesn't carry over to the apps. I'm constantly adjusting the sound or muting. Alexa was a little difficult to set up, and sometimes the tv doesn't seem to respond to commends even though Alexa shows it did.

I bought my LG Nano 8 Series 4K on the recommendation of a good friend who has been in the TV/electronics business since the 70's...so he knows all the brands and what's good and not-so-good. I appreciated his counsel and got a deal at BestBuy! Great picture quality and "Smart" as whip, this LG!!

Nice tv with great picture. Very good for watching football and hockey. Had trouble connecting optical audio to my receiver. Called customer service and first person had no idea what she was doing so I was really unhappy. Second time I called person knew exactly what to do. Happy camper.

Really happy with this TV. Picture is outstanding. I pared it with a LG sound bar and am very happy with this purchase. I replaced a 8 yr old Samsung HD TV and I can really see the difference. Highly recommend. The price that I got from Best Buy made this a great purchase.

I got this TV after a recommendation and seeing it in the store. The sales process wasn't the best as the salesperson had little knowledge of the product. I was looking for a good picture for the size of the TV with a reasonable price. This TV accomplishes that aspect. We use streaming services, ie Netflix, Prime primarily but also use ESPN and Foxsports. We used ROKU previously as our interface for these channels. Unfortunately the built in app store doesn't include these latter options and has honestly has very limited selection. Despite being told in store that these would be available in the app. Nothing on the box to confirm this communication and the TV's weren't hooked to the internet in the store so live feeds of the app weren't possible. So if you are a cord cutter, use a lot of different apps, and have the expectation to find a robust app store built in to the TV, don't. You will get Prime, Netflix, Disney+, but don't expect CNN, FOX, FOXSports, ESPN, etc. You will need appleTV, a firestick or roku player to get a wide variety of options. Finally, the remote pointer is a bit clunky but with use it becomes a bit easier.

Love the remote and shows great. Only had about a month so still learning the tv.

The overall quality of the picture is great. I like how easy it is to use the built in apps. The only thing I'm not completely happy with is the refresh rate. It's rated at 120Hz and 240 motion rate but, there's times when it seems like it takes a second for the picture to "catch up". In scenes with rapid movement there will sometimes be a blur with pixelation. Other than that I'm happy with the TV.

This tv has a great picture, decent sound and nice features. My only small disappointment is that the remote's shape leads me to often pick it up backwards. Well worth the price. I have only owned it a few weeks, so can't comment on it's longevity yet. I would buy another just like it if I needed another tv.

We have been pleased with the picture and sound. We do use an external sound bar and sub woofer which provide better sound than the TV alone. We had the Geek Squad install the TV which was painless for us.

I would of never bought an LG and was convinced to buy Samsung. The person in the store made the difference. He showed me the features of LG & how much better it was than the Samsung I was looking at Right choice for my family. Works great with my echo dot

One of the best 8 series picture quality televisions available in the market today. Not very far from the QLED model in terms of viewing experience. A great value for money. Very good motion rate and the auto dimmable feature works perfectly for the eyes.

After playing around with the settings we were able to get an excellent picture for all stations. It is confusing at first and it took some time playing with all the different settings but the final results is worth it. Patience is definitely needed.

Found online, checked every day or so, bought at lowest price. Researched LG and found this. Bought online and had it delivered and set up by a technition toon who knew his stuff. Good tv, good to installation and very happy with entire process. Love Best Buy!

I've been on the search for a new 4K TV to enjoy the new features of a PS5 and came across this unit with a 120hz refresh rate and all the newest features. Even though it's a 2019 model, it performs like a brand new model!

I have one samsung and one LG I went to Best Buy to get another TV so I could move one downstairs. We bought another Samsung first and stopped working after a week, we went back got this TV and it has a better pitcher more functions and looks great.

the picture is great compare to my last lg55ty and having blue tooth let's wear headphones with no wires and I dont have to worry about disturbing my neighbors.

Great tv for the price. Needs some calibration to get the best out of it. Does not have next gen gaming ports. For a couple of hundred more you can get the Hisense U8G which is much better. I bought this tv as well and you can notice the difference. But for the price the LG is good.

I bought this TV to replace a Samsung. I read the reviews and conducted comparative pricing. When I set the TV up in my home, I found the picture to be of high quality and as indicated in the more favorable reviews. I would recommend this LG TV.
