    It's so much more user friendly. The remote has a pointer feature which makes it so much easier to enter passwords rather than using the up/down arrows.

    While the remote takes a little getting used to (and doesn't seem as usable with, for instance, fast forwarding), the image is a huge step up for us!

    The picture clarity is amazing , there's a button on it for NETFLIX and Prime Video plus I can access ALEXA on it, and it won't break the bank.

    Have had my LG for 3 weeks. It is absolutely awesome in every way! The picture is fantastic and sharp. I use a sound bar from previous tv a great sound.

    LG pictures are great. Love the apps and magic remote. Replaced a 10 year old LG where the hdmi ports stopped working . Still like the brand.

    I don’t have much comparison I have never had a smart tv or anything over 1080. It’s serving the purpose I need and color is great even the sound is good and not needing of a sound bar unless put in a big room

    I guess I thought this TV would be bigger but it's a nice size for me. The picture is clear. The smart tv features are pretty easy to figure out. I only wish I didn't have to use 2 remotes, 1 for cable ad one for the tv
