The first one came with dead pixels right out of the box. Best buy was great and replaced it , the second one has a dead pixel right now in the dead center of it. I dunno what cheap technology is this, I have a 9 year old Vizio and a 5 year old insignia without a single dead pixel on them. Will be sending this one back as well and maybe replacing with a different brand. Besides that - picture is fine, but I expeted much better blacks. They are not, they are just like on my old insignia....

Not able to shop in person due to Covid-19, the staff was wonderful in answering all my questions over the phone and the curb side service was so quick and convenient! I couldn’t be happier with my new TV! Thank you!

Settings inconsistent

For example, I have nothing set on HDMI 1, but when I turn the TV on It is set to HDMI 1. I then have to go back to cable input. The audio has to be set back to the sound bar regularly. There are other minor setting issues as well that have to be reset often.
