What the salesman promised me and showed me in the store as to what it can really do are two completely different things. Pros: •great picture, crisp like no other. •access to lots of apps, options. •internet capability- well, that depends. Cons: •horrible sound, it is all over the place. In the same show you may need to change the volume from 19 to 55 several times! That’s crazy! I’ve had several t.v.’s that were much cheaper and didn’t have sound issues like this! •Internet capability- sure, if you are fortunate enough to be able to have access to high speed internet. I live in an area where it is still not available. I told the salesman this. Many features don’t work. •remote is extremely sensitive, it will even activate on its own without being touched. •the “magic remote” will not control t.v., DVR or Blu-ray, and Directv/ Spectrum and so on. You will need a remote for each still. Magic remote it is not.

I am extremely disappointed with the picture. Definitely not the same picture I witnessed in the store. It’s so dull and the clarity is far from good. My LG I bought 10 years ago has a better picture quality. My Samsung also has exceptional quality and I was so hoping this tv would be phenomenal. I was let down
