Good TV but not sure if it's worth the money

It is a good tv but I thought I was going to be blown away. Not sure how this compares to tvs in the $300 - $500 range. I think my expectations may have been too high.

OK but expected better

Wifi issues

And the TV doesn't save the wifi passcode so when the wifi is not connecting, the passcode has to be typed in each time. I did a search and I am not the only person who has had this issue. I was able to trouble shoot the problem by going way into the TV settings and making some adjustments that were not intuitive at all. This worked for a while, but 2 months later it is not connecting to the wifi again. I have had a vizio smart tv for years and that TV has never had an issue like this. When the wifi is working, the TV is great, but the unreliable wifi is obviously a huge problem.

Decent for the money

So so ... audio issues and easy of moving

Words or sounds do not always match up with video. Has been frustrating. Having to treat it like it was a brittle ancient relict is a pain in the butt. One false move and screen is shattered.

Very Disappointed with Dead TV

Contacted LG Support online was unable to resolve issue. Said we'd have to contact a service company an hour drive away. Never had this issue with my other Samsung TVs. I guess this is a lesson learned. Getting ready for another 75" purchase. I know which brand it won't be.

Black line in tv within 1 week

Logged in and says unreturnable. So unfortunate I wanted to like this tv. I understand open box but I expect for $500 I would get more than 1 weeks worth of tv. Bummer. Wont be buying from there again.

This Kid was trying to act like a Manager In charge of the charge when I asked him if he was the manager in Charge he told me yes. When I asked the lady helping me she told me he wasn’t the manager in charge .

Screen went 3 months after purchase

A couple months after purchasing it I had a flickering line that got worse over time. Took 9 months to get my money back from LG because they messed up the repair also. Do not recommend this tv at all

Samsung may have the same problem. I would not buy either TV brand until this issue is fixed.

Outstanding TV

I love the small bezel it has, this thin TV has 4 hdmi ports and 3 USB so you can plug everything to it, the audio on this's AMAZING I absolutely love it, the Dolby vision / Dolby atmos on this TV works flawlessly giving you an outstanding image you will not belive an audio that honestly doesn't really require any extra audio sources, it's not going to break your bank account because I believe it's set at a very accessible price. Now the not so good stuff, there are some apps that cant be found on the lg app store maybe some day they'll get updated, the edge lighting is not the worst I've seen but when a black screen image comes on you can bleeding in all the the frame this is a very common problem with all edge lit TVs so I'm not very worried about it but i feel you should know about it, the only thing I didn't like was the how flimsy the TV feels on the stand but since I wall mounted it dont think it will affect me, besides that the TV is a great buy. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

It's STILL going strong! Just wanted to give a big ups to LG for such a solid 4K TV! Even being edge lit its still AMAZING! the refresh rates awesome, and the smart features are wonderful. The TV itself is just top tier for a mid range high end LED! Not TOP model for its 2020 line up but def middle of the road and on the upper end of middle!

Good Tv for your money

I feel that the size is perfect for watching 4K movies. I find it convenient that I am able to access Netflix and Hulu straight from the home screen as well as my 7 year old without needing assistance. Overall I do like this tv and would recommend it to others. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.
