My Samsung (Overcost) Replacement

No issues and not as complicated as the Samsung. Just plug in and go...No crazy setups...

Great picture on this TV

We chose a Samsung instead, a 55", and upgraded to a better model. Not to say the LG would have been a bad choice, but we really love the Samsung!

Trouble is there is not much broadcast TV that is 4K if any. Biggest disappointment LG doesn’t have an ESPN app and no plan to get one even though they have Disney+.

The guy that installed it was amazing! He went above and beyond! Great employee and customer service! He needs a promotion and a raise!

Do not buy TV's and expect an install
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Three weeks ago I purchased a new television and they guaranteed installation on the 26th...a 12 day wait. I was willing to do that, but the SIP happened two days before. So, now they have my money and my TV, and will guarantee delivery to my doorstep and no installation. I am 75 years old and have no TV in place because of this. I am not a happy buyer. Why it took them so long to get me an installer after they begged me to buy their Geek Squad policy to boot is beyond my understanding. So, they have that money too, and I have nothing to show for it. At least Home Depot delivers and installs appliances.

Very good quality purchase and installation went well. However, we opened a credit card. We paid our purchase in full and were suppose to receive a $140 store credit. We still have not received it.

The technician that installed it was friendly and professional. A wonderful experience.

What I liked was the stand the fit on our entertainment center. The others the feet are spread far apart.

Terrible action scenes of any kind

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The tv has a very good picture as long as there is little to no movement.Slight actions do not focus quickly.Fast action is a completely blurry, blocked mess.Unwatchable.It's as if it can not process the picture quick enough.I specifically bought this for a native 120 refresh rate and it is awful. Also i was under the impression it worked with a Google home.But no such luck. I will be returning this asap.
