    It’s a nice tv overall but I’m having problems with mine in less than a month there is a big fat line in the middle of my tv that showed up randomly and it’s like the lighting of the tv makes it really hard to watch dark movies because all you see is the light behind the tv

    DO NOT BUY THIS TV!!!!! It is a piece of junk. We had it less than 2 years and the glass behind the screen cracked and they do not offer a replacement part. The TV is pretty much trash now. A $700 TV that didn't even last 2 years. LG customer support was absolutely no help. This was my first and last LG purchase!

    This is the second one we received an I am still not pleased with it. The picture is way too dark, and I tried every adjustment possible. Speaking to geek squad today, if they can't fix this its going back.

    Fair picture Samsung was far superior Mosr importantly absolutely terrible Geek Squad serves. Could not a did not set up as asked and paid for and never came or called back

    Had problem with tv randomly shutting down. Worked with co to restart/reset but problem still occurred. Co. Sent representative to replace expected problem parts but the problem was not corrected. Returned to store 12/6 and purchased a different model.

    Purchased a 55” LG 4K TV in March 2021. It has a 2 year Warranty. At 2 years and 7 months, parts the screen began showing vertical and horizontal fault lines in different parts.

    The TV works very well but the installation was poor. It has been a month and the sound bar is still not installed. We have been to Best Buy 3 times to get the sound bar reinstalled. We are very disappointed with time list and poor customer service.
