    A suggested replacement for a defective TCL television. I felt that I was giving up to many features that I liked, and this TV was more expensive so I canceled the transaction.

    Returned it. Had to keep tweaking settings. Dark scenes terrible. Beware edge backlight.

    Purchased as an upgrade to get the most out of our Xbox Series X. TV is lightweight and thin. Picture is extremely dim. Dark scenes suffer from horrific backlight bleed and you have to destroy your picture to alleviate it. Any changes you make to your picture settings are not saved and default back to factory settings when you switch inputs. Low input lag when gaming, but the picture is noticeably worse than my much less expensive TCL. The sound, backlight bleed, brightness, responsiveness and interface are all much, much better on my two year old, much less expensive TV. It is essentially a bargain basement 4K TV with 120 hz and HDMI 2.1 ports. If those things are important to you, either spend the money for a higher end TV or wait until those things are standard and less expensive.

    Having slight visual problems when playing Xbox series x. But easy fix is to turn tv off and on. Looks like colorful bar codes going across the screen

    Picture quality is disappointing. Does not even come close to the quality picture of my Sony. Inferior in color, clarity and picture.

    I'm not sure what people were thinking when they designed this TV for users. The remote sucks - it's initially a mouse pointer, which let's say is not super accurate, and is seriously a pain to deal with. The webOS (where you can access your apps - Netflix, etc.) is only available as a small toolbar at the bottom of the screen with a second toolbar that pops up above the first making the screen super busy with a bunch of little boxes everywhere. I can't seem to find an option to have it take up the entire screen. I can't see anything and am squinting to pick an app while dealing with the mouse pointer remote that doesn't want to land on anything and is making my wrist hurt from holding it. The LG content store has a small library of apps - most of the apps I want aren't available and I have to bookmark them through the web. There isn't a mute button on the remote. There isn't an on/off switch on the TV so if you lose the remote, you can't watch TV. I mean what were they thinking?? If you like a visually clean interface, with design features that make sense, then DO NOT buy this TV. I've had it a day and am already putting it back into the box to return.
