Don’t buy this..

I have been trying to get clear sound on this thing since I got it.. over s year ago. I listened to the salesperson and wish I hadn’t. Should have followed my instincts to get a Samsung.

After getting a chance to clear space and properly set it up, I found the TV won’t turn on. The standby light is lit red, but when you press the power button it flashes and nothing happens. This supposedly represents an error code to help a technician identify what needs to be repaired. (Really, a brand new TV???? What crap) I did research and found out LG products often have this issue and many people experience this either right out of box, or years later. Either way it seem like an apparent problem that LG is known for but doesn’t fix.

Doesn’t turn on right

Really baffles me how I have to turn it on and off several times for it to actually show something. Unacceptable in 2021.

Labor to get your Refund

The new TV get's stuck on Netflix and won't move to any other screens. Now I have to repackage this one and bring it back. I bought LG because an Insigna I had bought did't have a picture after a year and a half, just sound. I wonder if there's any Brand that produces a working TV. I've been burned by them all.

LG needs to do better!

Disappointed

Brought this one home, hooked it up, turned it on, watched for 10 minutes, turned it off, packed it up, took it back. Picture was not any better then the 10 year old tv we had. A plus, Best Buy had no problems taking it back.

Never again

Leg stand broke and tv fell and cracked the screen. The way the tv turns off the LED lights to "perserve tv life" is annoying to look at. Get all the warranty you can if you but this tv.

To LG or Not LG...Definitely LG!

We just got a new LG Nano Series, and I can no longer imagine going with any other brand when it comes to TVs. I am completely satisfied with my LG experience(s), and believe the brand has only gotten better. The processor, sound and color quality are unrivaled. This TV is great for cinema, TV series, video, and, although I'm not a gamer, I believe it would meet/exceed all expectations. Re-watching Avengers Endgame was amazing. The picture quality was better than movie theater, just on a smaller scale of course. You can see such fine details that you didn't know you were missing, which makes the overall experience that much more enjoyable. The ThinkQ AI w/Magic Remote give this smart TV an all inclusive feel when it comes to all streaming platforms. The best major streaming platforms are available directly through the smart features without the need for another streaming device or stick. The magic remote is quicker than most given its voice control feature, as well as an onscreen pointer for easily selecting the items you want. I guess I should mention it is super thin, and is just about as plug and play as you can get (super easy installation of the stand). Definitely LG!
