I found this LG OLED TV in the open box area (at a fantastic price that I could not resist), so I bought it for our bedroom. And I'm glad I did. We already had a LG SUHD TV, that looked great, but this OLED TV, blows it away. The quality and detail in it can not be beat (except for maybe another OLED TV). We are very happy with this purchase. Thanks Best Buy.

I have the 2017 model of LG's line of OLED 4Ks, too, so I was more than excited to get this one. As far as I can tell and have tested, this improves on all of the '17 models features and then some. The quality for cost ratio, especially for what Best Buy was selling it for at the time, is unprecedented imho. I would recommend this tv to any/everyone without question or caveat.

This was our first smart tv. A lot to learn, but pretty easy to figure out for a middle aged person. (ha!).... the picture seemed really dark at first, but after playing around with the settings we've figured it out. The picture is crisp, realistic- exactly what we wanted. Between the new tv and the new HD blue ray player- even makes 80's movies look nearly brand new.

My husband bought this TV because we could game on it too, without having to deal with latency issues. He’s loving it. Refresh rate isn’t as fast as a monitor, but that’s to be expected. But the gaming experience has been way better than our previous tv. Colors look fantastic. Magic wand remote is unusual, but easy to use! Great 4K tv with a pro for gamers.

If you're looking at this the LG OLEDs, hopefully you've done research about the pros/cons of an OLED screen. With that said, the image quality is excellent in a dim to completely dark room and the sound is adequate. I run a sound bar. The biggest complaint is gray banding that is often found in the OLED panels. It's not bad enough for me to seek an exchange. I've read forums of people going through multiple exchanges and that's not worth my time. Gray banding is only visible during certain scenes, but noticeable for sure.

After 10 yrs with my XBR, I was reluctant to pull the OLED trigger, but glad I did. The colors are amazing. Picture clarity from all streaming services is beautifully clear. PS3 blue ray is flawless. Having a smart TV browser large enough to surf is a plus. The remote took a little getting used to but you should feel at home if you're at all familiar with the Wii.

I could not have imagined a TV this beautiful! The animals seem real, the scenery is vivid, and the sports seem to take place right in our living room. The features are many and varied. Each type of program has its own unique setting, and it's so easy to set up! I was fortunate to work with a knowledgeable salesman who guided me to the perfect Smart TV!
