Not as great as advertised, but still decent
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I initially went to Best Buy to buy a $400 Samsung, but the salesman got in my ear about it being substandard. He told me he could get me a good deal on this LG tv and their display model looked great. It’s an ok tv, but the darks are too dark. Supposed to have high frame rate, but I will notice on hi-def shows that it will glitch and have intermittent half second pauses that are noticeable. I think they tried to put a lot of features into the TV and didn’t perfect many of them. There is also no HBO app available for the LG tv. We have Dish which doesn’t have HBO. You’ll need one of add on boxes like Apple TV or roku to get the app.

Great TV but not what I thought I was buying

The price was good but when you didn’t get what you bought you were getting, it still stinks.

Although we may take the soundbar off this TV because of the current smaller room it doesn't need the soundbar
