Make sure you try this TV with ultra HD 4K content to really see how amazing this TV is. I recommend downloading the Dolby Access app to see just how awesome the picture can get. Also, the stand is really low, so consider getting a wall mount if you have a sound bar.

Overall, if you want the best picture quality and are in a room that is not too bright, I would highly recommend this TV. Picture quality is comparable enough to the LG C8, so save your money and buy this TV. Much better quality than the Samsung Q8F and lower Samsung models. The only negative is the sound quality-which is an issue with most TVs. However, we did not mount this TV and wanted a soundbar. The problem is that this TV sits too low and the soundbar blocks some of the screen.

This tv rocks, absolutely clear picture and fits almost anywhere thanks to its sleek design.

The LG OLED line is superior in picture quality hands down. I went in on Memorial Day weekend 2019 and was intent on buying a 65" LG Nano Cell LED TV. For about the same price, I purchased the entry level LG B8 series OLED. The Best Buy associate was knowledgeable in the technology and let me know how awesome the OLED picture quality was over LED. I am really glad I listened to the advice as I am truly enjoying the 4K movies with my family.

OLED technology really sets this TV apart from the field. Deep blacks and refined colors. Work of art.

The LG OLED=B8 4K Series is great, the clarity of the picture is amazing! Prior to purchasing the LG OLED 4K, did some research on it, read some of the reviews as well. The sound, is good, the colors are bright, clarity is remarkable. Still learning some of the WI-FI feeds and updates! We did purchase the extended protection warrantee plan since it's a new technology incase of any problems, the Geek Squad can over to check it out & solve any problems.

We really like this TV, great picture quality, only downside is that keeps unpairing the bluetooth soundbar.

This TV is very nice, best with newer material, i.e. Blu-Ray, DVD, and streaming. My 'free' cable here is in standard def so that stinks, but i mostly stream and watch DVDs. I live in a state (MD) where you can get just about any DVD you would want to see, for free, from the local library, and if you aren't using that service, do so. I know this is 'last years' model TV, but I am very pleased with it and hope to keep it for 5-10 years.

Buy the extended warranty! We had one of the early B6 versions of this TV that did not have the logo dimming feature and eventually we did get burn in on the screen. LG agreed to replace it as a goodwill gesture but six months later it developed a dead line of pixels and was relegated to the basement. We tried a Vizio P-1 which is a great TV but does not hold a candle to the LG. The picture on a OLED TV is almost 3 dimensional and very realistic. Bottom line, we returned it and bought this TV and are very happy with it but with this one caveat. Buy the warranty! Best Buy has a very good quality warranty that will protect you until the next TV comes along you want to upgrade to.

Once you've experienced the picture quality on this TV, everything else doesn't look as good. IMO, far superior to the QLED and any other TVs out there. The set-up experience was not so great. Samsung auto picked up and connected to my cable box's remote and figured out what other devices were connected to the various ports automatically. LG's magic remote was not so magic; I had to scroll through options to program the remotes. Even then, I still have to use LG remote to turn the TV on and then use my cable's remote to use that box. Note also that I had to return the first one because the audio connection to internal TV speakers and our soundbar cut off. The second one seems to be working fine.

Love the OLED TV. After doing some research online this TV made the most sense for me given the size I was looking for. The picture quality is amazing. Also, had a fantastic experience with Geek Squad associates Chris and Don who set-up the TV for me. They were on time, called ahead to let me know when they would be arriving and did a fantastic job highlighting the features of the TV. Extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend!!

Exceptional picture and functionality. The remote with wand style control makes text input a snap.

I had a Mitsubishi flat screen for over ten years. It was a great TV, with amazingly good audio, but it was time to replace it, so off to Best Buy I went and settled on a 55inch, LG OLED 4K. I could not believe how amazing the picture quality was, and the audio was so much better than I was led to believe it would be. At some point I will probably add a sound bar, but for now the audio is fine. I highly recommend this television.

Hubby and I had gone into the closest best buy store and when I saw this television, I instantly fell in love. It was ultra-slim, the picture quality was great and beautiful. We paid for it and arranged for it to be delivered. Two days later, I told hubby since we love this brand, plus we need a larger tv for the living room, we should go few inches up, so we decided to add some extra change and bought the 65" inches instead.

This TV is really awesome. It has a very clear picture with vivid colors and is easy to setup and use.

I absolutely love my TV. I've only had my TV for a few weeks so far. Watching it has been such Joy. We feel as if we're in the movie theater ! The only downside is that it's not compatible with the Moble app use with my cable company. What a bummer ! The picture is so clear and crisp Great volume. I'm considering getting a sound bar although it's really not needed. I'm pleasantly pleased Hurry up and get yours!!

GREAT picture quality & I love the “magic remote”! Only thing is, I haven’t found HBO GO as an app, but there are several others available. I just bought this TV with Best Buy’s 4th of July sale & got a great deal. It truly was a steal for an LG OLED. Also, just be aware that the box is abnormally large for a 55” TV with all of the packaging to protect such a thin screen, so be prepared if it doesn’t fit in your car!
