bad picture burn in

This TV has the worst picture burn in I've ever experienced and it gets worse with age. Channel logos burn in and now the mute signal has burnt into the picture. Wish I wasnt lured in by the picture and left with an expensive boat anchor.

Awesome TV, Terrible OS

The TV picture quality and clarity are brilliant, but if you want to be able to use this as a smart TV... buyer beware!! The WebOS technology that LG uses is absolutely worst in class... avoid it like the plague. You are much better off going with Samsung or Sony, who have now caught up in the OLED space, and have much better WebOS software. LG Software doesn't work very good at all.
Where do I begin - the HDMI ARC doesn't work about 75% of the time (has trouble recognizing my sound bar... I finally gave up and ran optical, but now i have to turn on my sound bar manually).
Occasionally, for whatever reason, my Sling or Netflix app just decides to stop working, and I have to delete and reinstall the app to fix the problem - no repair functionality.
And, finally, to top it all off, the LG Content Store doesn't work if you are hard wired to the internet... you have to set up a Wi-Fi connection to run it.
Trust me... if you want to run apps on a TV - stay far, far away from LG products.
