    This is what I would call a "boy TV." Lots of special features that don't add any real value but slow everything down, a junky, nonintuitive interface, terrible remote response time, and couldn't get a clear picture no matter how close I brought the router. There were also certain apps (like Spotify) that I could only add if I created an LG account - I don't need another random account when I already have accounts with and pay for the services on the app. I swapped this in for a Roku TV, couldn't be happier.

    Not good tv I will not buy it again. The remote is hard to operate, the tv is hard to configure.

    The TV has lots of issues: Constant updates Connectivity with WiFi is constantly in and out Color is awful I used to love LG products, until I bought this thing.

    The television in our bedroom went out after several years. My husband and I went to Bestbuy to purchase another and chose this one based on price. My husband mounted the tv on the wall and I was happy the first evening for viewing purposes. The second day however showed a truly blurry picture and after that I was finished with it. We returned the tv and bought a Samsung (the exact same size and pirce), mounted it and have been happy every since.

    This TV is not good at all. I is very laggy and slow. It keeps blinking out and restarting.

    Filled out my tax exempt form 6 times for my 2 tvs . It was rejected every time. Even my accountant verified it was correct. No one to call for help!! Or. I kneteached out to me. ! Typical Best Buy customer service!
