    The TV damaged when we took it out of the box, what impressed me was how easy it was to get a replacement, the staff met me at the door, found another TV and helped me load it in my car, very friendly and helpful staff. TV was great.

    This TV does exactly what it is supposed to do. I don’t like the bulky remote however. There’s no way one can use it in the dark.

    Good sound and video. Confusing to set up with where things are all the different ports are kind of hidden. If you are tech challenged, take your time. We are seniors and found it a challenge.
