Lots of special features that don't add any real value but slow everything down, a junky, nonintuitive interface, terrible remote response time, and couldn't get a clear picture no matter how close I brought the router. There were also certain apps (like Spotify) that I could only add if I created an LG account - I don't need another random account when I already have accounts with and pay for the services on the app. I swapped this in for a Roku TV, couldn't be happier.
