It's user-friendly and durable. The weight and size made mounting easy. I have 2 55s. I will purchase LG again but larger!

I kept getting a error when trying to update a couple of the apps and was unable to watch Prime and YouTube for a day or two.

Remote is a terrible design. Seems cheap with generic button placement that I have to look at or turn lights on to be able to see which button is which.
