Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The LG TV is the most modern included with a lot of channels to see on this very smart LG I totally love it I bought Samsung 55 screen which is difficult to operate and a lot of ours to get it in the system unfortunately Samsung tv was became stressful and returned it and I changed for the best tv LG it worthy and now I deserve it

After watching videos and returning to the store and meeting with the LG rep I learned it cannot happen without an additional "setup" visit to my home for a base fee of $129. What a ripoff. I was able to setup my previous Fire TV easily with Alexa. The LG 55" remote does NOT have and Alexa button and I was not told that I'd have to use my smart phone as well! THREE devices to watch TV. Besides, the LG remote does NOT light up in the dark. False or MIS information at the time of purchase. I don't know what I'm going to do. It's extremely inconvenient to do 3 remotes to watch cable, turn on the devices and NOT have Alexa. Very unfortunate and disappointed.

While this model doesn’t include a dedicated Alexa button on the remote, it does support Alexa voice control through the LG ThinQ app or by linking your TV to an external Alexa-enabled device. For pairing your cable remote, many providers offer universal remote programming instructions that may allow basic TV controls without a paid setup visit.
