    It is a good tv however the remote is extremely cheap and light, looks like LG replaced thier old magic remote with some low cheap quality one

    so I got this tv hoping it was compatible with the magic remote. it was but not full no wand support and that what I really wanted, its also kinda slow operating system wise

    The TV has a decent picture, the remote and software are absolutely garbage. The panel brightness will chnage on its own, the connectivity overall is absolutely horrible

    Poor TV and Best Buy Purchase

    The color on the TV is poor. The volume goes up whenever music plays and then back down when the shows continue. This is very annoying when you have to push the volume button every time. I am very disappointed. While the installer was nice, he was not able to attach the TV to the wall. When I purchased the TV, I received a recommendation from the sales department that this would be the best way to see the TV in the very bright light environment in my home. If I purchased the piece of equipment to hang the TV on the wall, without that bracket, I am unable to tilt the TV down enough to avoid these bright lights. Finally, I was told I would have to return to Best Buy to collect the $50 refund due me. In conclusion, I’m disappointed in the TV and I’m disappointed in Best Buy.

    I can't down load any thing from the play store I had to purchase the remote to activate all the extra features it's cost 50 dollars and I had to search for an deal on it. Wow!! I wouldn't recommend this tv

    New TV, but Down-grade!!

    My old tv has better picture quality. Plus, I have an antenna for local news and the old tv picked up all stations except ABC and this tv doesn't pick up any of the main local news stations. Very disappointed in this purchase.

We understand your frustration, as you feel the picture quality is a downgrade from your previous TV and, more importantly, that your new TV is failing to receive major local news stations with your antenna, which your old TV could pick up. We understand your inquiry and apologize for the disappointment with this purchase.

      It is not uncommon for a new TV's tuner to be more sensitive or tuned differently than an older model, which can sometimes result in needing to perform an updated channel scan or adjust the antenna's position slightly to find all the channels.

      For the antenna reception issue, please ensure the following:

      Input Source: Make sure you have selected "Live TV" or the appropriate antenna input.

      Run a New Scan: Go to Settings > All Settings > Channels > Channel Tuning > Auto Tuning. When prompted, select Antenna as the signal type and run the full scan. If you have already done this, sometimes performing a "double-rescan" can help: disconnect the antenna, run the scan, and then reconnect the antenna and run the scan again.
