    Good TV but LG lacks on available apps. No ESPN, HBO or Spectrum apps. That is unacceptable.

    Meh. Tv stinks. Horrible app selections (no ESPN) can’t watch any dark shows you can’t see a thing even at night. I wish I went for a TCL Roku instead but the guy in the store convinced me this was better. It is not. Do not waste your money

    Just under 2 yrs and 2 hdmi ports went out. And what so bad is this is the 2nd LG tv ive had to do this exact same thing. Maybe thats why they got the extended warranty wow. Wont be buying another one for sure.

    Horrible, I had to return 2 of them within 2 weeks for the same issue. Somehow if I left it on a Channel for too long, there would be something that resembles burn in or ghosting. After watching the news and changing the channel, you could still see the CBS news chyrons along the bottom. I was very disappointed cause I also have a 50in LG 7300 and I love it but the 55in 7000 was bad. 2 bad TVs in 15 days.

    Worst TV I’ve bought in some time and this is coming from someone who buys about 2 tv’s every other year. Day 2 of this TV being in my office and the screen goes blank. It’s apparently a very common issue with LG TV’s, halfway through googling the issue several similar questions populated, found many having the same issue. Unacceptable for a brand new TV. Why should I have a service technician out to me for a brand new TV? Even more poor on Best Buy’s part to be selling this BS.

    Picture is not as clean clear and crisp as my 7 and 9 year old Samsung TVs. Plus have to buy separately the "Magic Remote" in order to have one universal remote for sound bars etc. What a pain.

    This is a great tv but is lacking modern features for 2021. You can not download the spectrum app through the LG app store, like you can with a Samsung. The interface also takes forever to load, and apps are always having to be updated. Just spend the extra $100 and get a samsung.

    Bought it due to low price and name brand thinking it a good deal. Returned it due to poor picture quality. Processer is slow and picture often out of focus, blacks are grey. There's a reason its so much less expensive for its size.

    My son played games on it and it was fine for him. I watched my game shows and a few movies on regular channels and after about 6 hours of consistent usage, the picture began to blur and "scramble". At this time I only had the tv for TWO days! TV was returned.

    Stopped working within the first month of purchase. Try to turn on the TV and LG logo appears and nothing else. We are covered under a 1 year warranty, however, LG requires us to have someone come out and assess the issue and try to resolve the issue before they replace it. We are going on two weeks of no tv and no repair. Very frustrated with LG overall.

    Not google assistant compatible

    It can connect to Google home but you need to use LG Thinq app and its super glitchy and it never shows connected in google home app. you can turn the tv off but not back on so you need to use the remote. 100% lie in the description. The description says it's compatible with google assistant. "Works with both Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa for voice control Ask either voice assistant (device required) to help you play movies, TV shows and more. Plus, control other connected devices like lights and a thermostat for a better viewing experience." Lies.
