Terrible image

The coloring is so off that it's hard to watch as it hurts your eyes and feels like you're watching a 1970's show. While under warranty, LG customer service sent an technician out and agreed that the image was terrible. All they did was replace a bulb which did not fix it at all. And that was all they could do, even though it was under warranty. So, in summary, a terrible TV, and not good customer service. Spent hundreds of dollars on something that just needs to be recycled now.

Maybe a fluke?

We returned it because it was very frustrating to use.

Good picture, but

You can’t download the Spectrum app on any TV except Samsung. Using the remote to program the TV was not easy. We returned it.

TV has a Loud Buzz and then silence

I actually need to return this tv and get a replacement. I hope the replacement doesn't have the same problem.

Bad Picture Quality

Smudgy, blurry text. People on live broadcast look way too colorized. I can't figure it out, at all. Tried every setting I could. Gonna be exchanging for the TCL 55.

Could not get it to go to any channels. Called LG, and was told to "hard Start" the TV. This has to be done every day in order to watch it. I've been on hold with Best Buy for an hour trying to find out how to return it and get another. I have already thrown the box away.

Needs major repair in 17 days

It’s oct 30 and I’m waiting on a tech to come look at it. Very slow process. There’s sound but black screen with huge white horizontal line. No access to settings at all. Buy something else. Very very disappointed!

I hate it

Legs suck

Horrible TV

Haven’t had the TV a week — is constantly restarting itself. Has gotten hung up on the LG initial loading screen, leaving me to unplug and plug back in. Quick google search shows that users are having issues with LG TVs across the board, having to remove the motherboard and bake it in an oven. Absurd. Returning ASAP.

Not Worth My Risking Another Failure

I was replacing another LG that had failed right at two years of age. What can I say? It functioned until one day the image went black. Attempting to power cycle did nothing. The software was preventing completion of boot-up. I do have another LG still in use from 5 years ago. Maybe just bad luck....but Im being honest. It not something I wanted to risk purchasing again.
