    I purchased this TV in less than two months it got ruined. My advice is to look into other TVs LG is not the way

    Smart tv options failed. Couldn’t set the tv up correctly for hours and finally returned to the store. Spend the extra $, Get a Samsung

    Carried it home and set it up, only to find out that it won’t start. You’d expect better quality control from LG and Best Buy

    Won’t buy a tv again from there

    First tv I order the screen came crack. Second tv they deliver came crack too. Third tv didn’t show up the day they told. Will never buy a tv from there again.

    Bad contrast and resolution. When the tv is off, screen turn dark red. Not recommended. Changed for a Samsung.

    Installers literally left a 79 year old woman to lift and install a 55 inch tv by herself, even when she asked and even when they were supposed to.

    TV missing parts and stores do not pick up the phone for help. I would have kept the TV if I had been able to get the missing screws.
