Hard selecting a TV without really touching and seeing in person, but I know the brand since already have on LG. In going larger, the picture is unbelievable. Love the TV and so glad I made this selection.

Good TV but the interface an be more user friendly. Also the LG channel guide is not available which can be added for easier access. Also the home screen should be setup to a channel instead of no signal noise. Overall quality of the TV is excellent

I love this TV, definitely a good buy. The colors are sharp; so far no issues whether at darkness or bright light, for me picture quality is still great. The sound is clear as well. The only down side to this TV is that it’s a bit slow to switch from different modes.

A great internet TV for the price. The picture quality is very good and responds well for gaming. Consumer Reports ranked this TV with their high rating...the name recognition made this an easy choice.

From my visit to the store which was a great experience the salesman was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on every item I mentioned to my eventual purchase of my tv my experience was wonderful. My delivery options was very convenient and my delivery people was friendly and personable and knowledgeable of my tv they arrived at the scheduled time and also kept me posted on their arrival. The pick up of my tv also was great no problems and very professional men who arrived on time I would recommend Best Buy’s and I also would shop there in the future.

This TV is great. Sound is awesome, interface is clean and easy to use. My only suggestion would be to find a way to make the free LGTV channels lag less when loading the channel guide menu.

Good picture and it’s nice that it is WiFi compatible. Easy to hook up and so much lighter than the tv we replaced. Still trying to get use to the smart TV!! It’s smarter than us sometimes.

Bought this tv for our living room because we wanted a smart tv that had all the apps that we use pre loaded and chose this one. We liked it so much we bought a second one for our master bedroom.

When my previous TV went out suddenly I was in need of a replacement immediately. Picking the LG was a great choice. TV was streaming ready with a high quality picture at a price far below competitors.

The picture is fantastic; however, beware that the operating system loaded on the television to give access to the add-on applications will prove very confusing to a senior citizen, who was the recipient of this set. Anybody else will figure it out in an hour.

Excellent TV, incredible remote. That’s what I have to say about this TV. When I bought it I was not expecting the experience, but I was surprisingly delighted with LG and their use of web OS

Purchased as a gift for husband. Once you figure out the remote it’s easy to operate. Will need a sound bar, because like most newer TVs they sacrifice sound for picture. Always purchase a warranty with purchases like these but no problems as of yet.

We've only had the TV for a couple days, but so far we're happy with the LG. Good quality picture and sound, works well with sound system. Hope we don't wear it out during the quarantine!

Awesome new tv purchased when our old one’s screen went black in the midst of quarantine!! Picture quality is amazing!! We have had it for almost a month and have thoroughly enjoyed it!!

We had to replace our older LG tv & since I like LG products we stayed with that brand. I really like the 4k as the picture quality is awesome. Only draw back is that I can't download the HBO ap that I pay for monthly. Other than that the tv is perfect.

Great, easy to use, and a classy tv. Perfect size for date night or just to chill. I highest recommend it. I originally bout a Tcl 40 inch and it was too small. The LG 55 inch is perfect

I wanted a new TV and was shopping around. I looked at all of the lower price point TVs but was disappointed by reviews. I’ve had an LG before so knew this would be quality and it is.

I love this 55" TV; it has a great picture and sound. I only wish it would or could tilt from side to side, but it's stationary. I didn't notice that when purchasing, but I also needed a TV quickly and the others I like were out of stock.

Great tv quality. Just the size we were looking for for our bedroom. Also includes some tv channels which is great! Definitely sticking with LG SMART TVs!

I love the picture quality. The technology was great but a little too advanced for me. The control was like a wireless mouse so it was a little hard to control and I was not able to download an app for my cable TV provider, so that meant that I would have to get a cable box in order to have cable. I downloaded the app to see if there was a digital control that would make things easier but it didn't work well. I ended up returning it because it was more complicated than I wanted. I got a smart Roku TV instead because it has the smart features that I want and isn't very complicated to use and the app is very easy to use & has a remote control feature that works great.
