Too complex

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although we did not want an LG - our preference was for a Samsung - the one that was delivered was broken so they had to give us a substitute. Since our store was going out of business, it was either wait several months for one to be delivered from hundreds of miles away or take the sub. We do like the LG but our sound system will not connect with it so that's a bummer. Plus it has around a jillion functions which is hard for old brains to learn. The lack of five stars is a function of the complexity of the machine and our loss of enhanced sound from the external speakers.
