Significant delivery/installation issues

First, the installation was scheduled and then cancelled without our being notified. Then it was cancelled a second time, The installation finally occurred on the third try. Again, we had no complaints about the actual installation, but arranging the deliver and installation was very difficult because it seems that Best Buy uses an outside company that schedules the delivery and installation who then contracts with a third company who does the actual installation. These multiple layers led to confusion and no one actually knowing what was going to happen and when it would happen. This experience would make me think twice about buying a television from Bestbuy again. Finally, we were told that we would receive some compensation for the challenges we faced which has not occurred and it is over a month since we had this experience.
