Good picture and a good value for the price Nice TV

The TV works well. Most of the setup instruction are simple to follow but there are some failures in linking properly to other devices. In my case, the audio amplifier, turning off the set top box. The TV was delivered without any documentation and the online user manual is difficult to search for needed information.

The remote is a little clunky....picture is great.

So far I have no problem with the TV let's see how long it is going to last for. And if I have any problems. The tv will be on and off a lot so we will see what happens in time. And then we will know if can be well used. HOPEFULLY IT WILL

The TV is great the remote works great, just always wait bestbuy for a sale. because Bestbuy waited till i couldn't ask for money back and they put it on sale the next day i couldn't ask for money back. BE WARNED ABOUT BUYING AT BESTBUY.

I took this one back because it didn’t fit in my crown molding. The bezel was too big unfortunately on both ends so when I would put the full motion mount back in it would hit my molding. Needed a slightly smaller TV. Worked good though while I had it. Just wish the bezel was smaller

Need additional help from Geek Squad. We do not know how to set up some programs that we bought from you. Also, when they delivered the tv they set up favorite channels but the next day they were gone. I will call to set up appt

This tv is junk. Don’t even try watching a dark movie in this tv. When u try to the whole screen is black and u can’t tell the difference between a person or the dark shadow or the the color of a dark cloud. I am really disappointed with lg and this product. On the other hand the laser pointer remote is awesome!. But to bad that’s the only good thing I can say about this tv and Best Buy.

Great TV. I watch a lot of racing and this TV is perfect for that. Only thing I didn’t like on the Thin make is how fragile the screen is. Like when it’s in the box your not supposed to lay it flat since the screen could break easily. Only concern. I love this TV otherwise

Last TV that was found in the back by an amazing gentleman that assisted me from top to bottom. I felt like he wanted to, which is unusual these days. I wish I could remember they young man's name. James maybe? Savannah GA.

Good smart TV for the price. Using for a bedroom. Many built-in streaming options and the ability to use Apple Airplay is a huge plus: CBS All Access, Disney+, Google Play Movies & TV, Hulu, Netflix, Pandora, Prime Video, SHOWTIME, STARZ, Sling TV, Spotify, YouTube.

The two young guys in the tv department Brandon a was one of them . They were great very helpful in picking put our TVs and out ring doorbell system and our WiFi booster. Brandon S. Is a great employee.

This is a great TV. it has all the latest apps and can connect to my AirPods so I can watch while my wife is asleep. Voice controls as well. I was going to go with a competitor, and I am glad I didn’t

So I purchased this on a whim...but I did research it first. However, it's the friggin' remote that I can't stand. I'm going to be honest...I really wish I could return the TV just because of the remote. It acts like a mouse and a remote. Again, for full transparency, I got frustrated on trying to learn how to use it so I'm two months into having a very nice TV that I can't fully operate or appreciate. Maybe at some point I'll make time to learn how to use it. Why is it that we can't just be able to open a box and use the product right away. Companies are trying to do TOO MUCH...not everyone is an egghead, nerd, techie, etc. Some of us just want a TV and REMOTE that works without having to have a computer degree.

This man was understanding and ingratiated his self towards customer satisfaction. I will be buying more stuff exclusively through him from now on. He's one of the good ones. Take care of him.

I was lookikg for a sleek TV with a good picture but didn't want to max out my card. This Tv was the perfect price and exactly what I wanted. Looking to buy a slightly smaller one for another room

We use this TV in a bedroom. The movie and TV show performance isn't as good as our main Samsung. Not quite as bright, etc. However, it's great for the price point. No complaints.

Having been buying these TVs for many years and never disappointed. Each generation comes with great features and advancements. Will be buying these TVs for many years to come.

great tv i was a little worried about ghe brand but this tv surprised me the image displays is excellent and i love the control lol worth the price i haven’t had any issues with it
