    Not a fan of the legs on the TV its a little shaky for it to be a 55in. Should have had a middle stand

    Don't waste you money on this TV or with Best Buy! Had only 1 month and now it wont turn on. Apparently this a know issue with a circuit board which might explain why the price has gone down $120 in the 30 days since I bought it. I also got the Protection Plan and now I have to wait over a week to get my brand new TV repaired. Pretty crappy way to handle a new purchase service issue. Two chances I will shop Best Buy again, slim and none and we all know where slim went!

    Terrible image.

    When you get down to it, you buy a TV for the sake of the image. The image quality of this LG is heavy on black. It's much too high contrast. That may be great for video games and cartoons, but it's depressingly dark and unnatural. LG offers a few, fixed, built in color settings, but each one is heavy towards the dark shift. This TV makes everything look like it came out of a Batman movie — unnaturally dark.

    Best Buy salesman sold us the wrong TV.

    TV was returned because it did not have Bluetooth as I was told by the Best Buy salesman. We have three TVs together so Bluetooth is required in order to listen to the sound with Headsets.

    Wobbly feet. Rickety design sacrificing rigid stability for weight saving. I was able to process the return on the website. Guy at the store took it back, then said he would only give a replacement, not a return. Nothing but hassle with this retail experience.

    Not happy. Color in off. Black in not black. Not enough contrast. Does not work with NordVPN well. Does not have HBO app. Regret this purchase.

    For an LG 4K this tv isn’t worth it for the amount that you have to pay. The picture is too dark and it’s not clear. I bought it yesterday and returned it today!

    It arrived with a broken screen. We had to pack it back up and return it. Then the same model was not available so we had to buy an upgraded tv.

    not a great tv. It is s<per slow and motion is not captured well. I would recommend paying little more and getting with better motion rate

    Freezes constantly. Menu too complicated. I downloaded fubotv and it does not stay fully, it takes too many clicks to get to it.

    I've had a replacement TV 2 weeks ago I want up in the hospital I just got home today opened it up out of the box and it was broken like the first one I will be bringing it back tomorrow

    That wasn't the tv i wanted..the one i want was the lg 60" the sales person that me they cud not get them any more.. he sold me the 55"..i was look on ya'lls web site a few weeks later and there it was the 60" lg tv..I was lied to by the sales man..That why i will not buy anything else from best buy..I'm not happy with ya'll

    screen blemish

    After a week of use I noticed a black spot top center of screen, LG sent a repair person to replace the screen. He said I damaged the screen and would not repair. I did not damaged the screen, This is the second LG tv I have purchased as I was very happy with the first one. But after this I will never buy any of their products again.
