    Had 3 months and now its broke.The standby light is on but wont turn on unless you unplug it fo 30 seconds then it works fine the rest of the day till the next day.So fare been on phone more than 30min.i

    I am still shocked how they treated the delivery, 4 times we had to call stay on phone for long time, each time they had a different reason for not being able to deliver, finally I had to go to another store, return and repurchase

    Too many issues for a new tv. I've had to factory reset this tv three times and I've had it for a month.

    Extremely disappointed that I just bought this TV in June and for a month and a half now it has several spots that are white! No picture, pixels have already burnt out!!! Not happy at all!!!!

    Great TV for the price

    Overall, good TV for the price range. Picture quality is crisp and 'refresh rate' appears good, for the most part. Movies have no 'refresh lag', however, there are a few games on my PS4 (RDR2 in particular) that have some poor 'refresh rates' on certain scenes. In brief - name brand 55" UHD 4K for under $500 ----- great deal for a decent TV.

    I was expecting a little more excitement in the picture quality. It is not that much different from my 720p LG set. But my main disappointment is no audio out or headphone jack. So if you hook your sound bar up to the optical or use an optical to analog converter, you still have to use yet another remote. How Much could have cost LG to put a headphone or audio out jack on this set? I also find the toggling back and forth between streaming and TV awkward and too many steps. Fortunately the sound on the internal speakers is above average.

    I thought this would be a good TV but after some time, small problems start to occur. After 3 years (and minimal usage) one day the TV just stopped working on its own. Cant recommend

    The LG content store is missing many basic apps including espn, tnt, and bravo. Do your research before buying this tv to determine if the apps you want are available. Other than that issue, the picture quality is great and the tv is easy to use.
