There is a good quality picture and the set up was easy. The remote is different but easy to use and I like the mouse option.

The product is great. However, I asked for the Geek Squad to come out and do the install mounting. However, a third party came out and botched it up. I had to file an insurance claim to get money to repair the wall damage. The "Geek Squad" came out two days later and hung the TV in a new location. I only want the "Geek Squad" to come out . I have been working with hem for years. They are fantastic. However, I would not ever want a third party to come out, without my knowledge.

The picture quality is really good. We replaced a TV with not so great quality, and the black / dark images on the screen are soooo much better!! Easy install to our existing bracket. The remote is NOT intuitive. The default LG channels are the only thing you can navigate with the remote - not any other apps - and if hit a channel up / channel down button, the TV turns to the default channels regardless of what app you’re in. The “mouse” control is ok but it’s not awesome. Navigating with it an app (Hulu, Netflix, etc) using the remote is just not intuitive - you have to really play with it to figure it out.

This TV is a great addition to my home office. I love my TV. The picture quality is crystal clear. The sound, without a sound bar is so loud I don't have to put the volume higher than 8 or 10, depending on what your watching. . The apps are easy to access. I'm not a big fan of the magic remote, but hopefully I will get us to it. I'm still learning all the feature since I don't use it much. LG has not let me down after 15 years and I doubt they will now.

Great quality picture, smart device, perfect for movies and gaming. I like LGS picture more than comparable Samsung's!

Great TV. Just the right size for our room. The built in apps have simplified out streaming access greatly. No longer have to use computer for the services we use.

Great color. Easy set up. I have always had LG televisions so it was easy to use. Got a good price from Best Buy.

Bought this to upgrade in the master room. Great picture, has all necessary apps and you can mirror your iPhone on to it.

I love my new TV. After doing a lot a research I settled on the LG and am pleased with my decision. Setup was easy and the Magic Remote is a gem.
