Love the TV just seems like the remote buttons are in lower spots on the remote than what I’m used to. The sound and picture quality are excellent. Can cast your phone screen and easily connect to the tv. Great buy!

My 2020 model screen broke by an unforeseen accident, so I decided to buy this tv. Much more faster than previous model. It connects to the internet pretty fast and toggles into other apps with ease. I am happy with my purchase

Great picture quality. Smart interface is pretty straight forward although you can get a little lost. Seems to have a solid speaker system, we’ve been comfortably watching tv at a volume of 9-10.

I am enjoying my television I put it on my wall and it keeps me entertained the value was very economical I save money I will go back and buy all of my electronic from Best buy

Very good TV for the money. The only things that keep me from giving it 5 stars are: 1. There are only 2 HDMI inputs, and no standard A/V inputs for older DVD / BLU RAY players without HDMI outputs. 2. All picture settings a pre-set. So you can't tweak the picture. Vivid is too bright, and Sports look artificial. APS seems to be the best compromise. But, for under $400.00, it's a good TV.

What an improvement! Very delighted by my new purchase. The 55 inch screen makes my BluRays come alive, and viewing regular TV has improved once I figured out how to turn off motion smoothing.

The set works just fine. My bone to pick is with regard to the installation (which I declined). To pay $170+ for installation is ludicrous, especially since I have a Total membership. I’m in my 90s, my son, who is 60+,came on Thanksgiving Day. It took 15 minutes to take the old unit off the console, screw the legs on the new unit and follow the set-up instructions on the screen of the new set.

This Tv is excellent the price was good I bought it at great price I had it delivered it came quick no damages it’s a smart Tv has all the apps the audio is good and its picture clear

Great picture, sound, would have liked for the remote control to light up to see the buttons. Other than that, would recommend.

I brought this tv for my daughter for her Birthday and it is a wonderful tv. Clear, color is amazing and a good gaming tv. She mostly streams and plays her ps 5 and she told me she loves it.
