There are terrible horizontal bands of discoloration, especially during dark scenes. After endless hours on the phone with LG (this has a 1-year LG warranty), they sent a technician to my home twice to complete a repair. The repair made zero change (as the technician indicated it would not change anything), and LG is refusing to give me a refund. After weeks of no responses and avoiding me, I finally talked to a Presidential Liaison who was incredibly rude, and aggressive on the phone. I was shocked to be treated this way, this was the worst customer service I have ever received. The TV itself is terrible quality, the picture is completely ruined by these bands, and the LG customer service is even worse. I am so disappointed with LG, and I will not be purchasing any of their products after this. Stay away.
