    I am so pleased with my purchase of the 55” LG TV. I bought the tv online and picked it up at store. Everything went so smoothly with the process at Best Buy that I will be comfortable to buy online and pick up at store in the future. I love the tv. Beautiful picture?

    So far we are loving this tv. Ordering online and delivery was the easiest and fastest ever. We were kept in the know about the time they would deliver and they were right on the spot on time!! Very friendly! Totally satisfied!!

    The TV itself is great. A pedestal stand would have been nice though. Also the LG interface is not that great with the remote very difficult to use with it. It is very easy to accidentally leave the show you are watching and end up 2 menus away in a second. The buttons are tiny and it is really just not a good remote.

    Brightness and resolution are great as expected. Response time is not as fast but it isnt annoying. I have been using the smart webos to watch videos and has worked very well.

    Picture quality is good but system is very glitchy. Random apps will open while on the home page. It is a fight to get to the app I want. I bought it on sale but I think at full price you can find a better product.
