    This LG - 55” Class UQ9000 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV is a quality Tv that has decent refresh rate as well as resolution. On top of that, the hdr makes the color sharp

    The two gentlemen that installed the tv were great. They were early for the appointment which was not a problem. The tv works really well and we were very satisfied with the entire job. Will continue to use Best Buy Geek Squad for all our tv needs.

    Tv quality has been great. Most tvs have a noticeable lag input but this tv has actually been pretty fast. Owned tv for a year now.

    product is great and great picture however I will not be buying from Bestbuy anymore since they dont offer bestbuy rewards on purchases. Will buy from amazon instead for a cheaper price

    It takes a long time to get my TV programs. It takes so many steps to program the sleep timer which is so important to me. I keep loosing connectivity for the wifi...very frustrating!

    Wish it had composite slots still do not think the smart tv built in was not necessary if have apple tv or other streaming devices... bot to mebtion first tv had strip of blue light to fix it had to exhange problem within 15 days

    The delivery tech was just plain great and should not be responsible for the issue with the first TV which had an in-box issue. He deserves full credit for doing a great job

    I love this TV because of the high range of power voltage it comes with. It can be used in both Europe and Africa as well because it ranges from 100V-240V.

    Good replacement for my TV that broke. A little disappointed that there is no ESPN app available on this system. If you’re used to Samsung smart TVs it takes some getting used to
