    The tv is nice except we wanted a simple, easy to use TV. This is not one. We should have realized whenthey offered to have someone come out (for a fee) to teach us how to set it up, program it, this was not a simple tv. We have had this for 2 years and still have to fuss with it everytime we turn it on. They didn't listen to our request...we wanted SIMPLE.

    I have numerous LG products. Actually all the tvs and my gaming monitor are all LG. This TV for some reason has the worst wifi connection ever and compared to the other tvs, the menu is very slow and sluggish. It loses connection for no reason constantly, but because it isn't a constant issue I can't even get it fixed under their warranty. I've had to get a chrome cast just to use the TV because I no longer have cable. LG makes some good products. Unfortunately this TV isn't one of them. Much better tvs out there for the price.

    I bought to replace a Hisense that had stopped working, the Webos processing is very slow, and The tv is not very user friendly. I will not purchase another LG tv that uses Webos

    Can't stream Spectrum on LG smart tv. Had I known that I never would have bought it. Very disappointed.

    Color values change for different cable channels. All skin tones are muddy. Returned it and went for an Insignia set for half the price and a constantly better than average picture.

    Returned after 1 week. The colors were off, The people looked grey. We tried every mode and adjusted the color in every way possible but it was just off. Perhaps we got a lemon?

    The TV screen was cracked when I opened it from the Box. Despite being a Total Tech member, I'm not getting any help from Bestbuy to resolve this issue.

    Great TV. It's my first 4K TV and I liked the aspect of getting a new kind of AI integrated TV. It has more HDMI ports than other LG 4k tvs that are similar price and size and the AI seems pretty great. Although I don't necessarily like the direct lit design since parts of the TV seem to have brighter bulbs than others making the black top and bottom of movie aspect ratios not really black at all. But there's a lot of settings so there's probably a setting for that somewhere in there. I love the magic remote which puts a mouse pointer on the screen when you use your remote which makes it feel sort of like you're using a laser pointer to select items. I like that it's very customizable so I can have it just right to my liking. I think this TV would be better with smaller backlight bulbs but I think LG already has AI TVs like that that are out of my budget range haha.

    The tv is great! It’s modern and the quality may look bad at first but don’t let it fool you, because the quality takes a few seconds to load sometimes. The control-mouse feature is super useful as well! If you have enough saved up definitely buy this TV!

    Internal speaker sound could be better in louder or more wattage output, without having high numbers on the volume setting. Feel like a setting is clamping it down. Hooking it to a sound system that solve the sound problem. Have no regret buying it.

    great quality but did not come with remote. since i use apple tv this is not a big deal but for someone that does not have this than they might experience some more difficulty
