    I walked in the store with the model number of the one hanging on the wall THAT JUST QUIT WORKING! It was more than a couple years old, but they found one that was a close match to what I had - it even fit in the wall mount! I walked out about 20 minutes later with the new TV and put it on the wall within another 20 minutes.
