The exquisite picture quality is undone by its user interface. The picture is hands down one of the best, and the functionality is vast. In fact it is the user interface that drags this down by 2 stars. For example, to connect an external bluetoothe speaker one has to go through several menu's just to connect it each time (if you share the speaker with say a laptop or phone). Once it's connected it will connect each time the tv is turned on, kind of annoying because the audio does not always syn up and to unsync it one must access it through the menu. There is no built in button on the remote to quickly access a bluetoothe menu, instead it has and alexa button in addition to its microphone button, seems like a huge step backwards. I would prefer a hot button to menu items instead of third party apps, I mean its LG not some "third party start up app", for this it looses another star. Additionally, everytime you press the microphone button, the user agreement pops up, even if you opt out of this function. I only purchased it because I did not want to miss out on the next generation tv. The TV does have its moments such as screen mirroring not lagging with the audio, however I cannot even give it a star for this because its only quickly accessible. This function only works well if you use a specific brand of cell phone assemblers. I have spent on average 30 minutes trying to connect/mirror my laptop to my tv, not ideal when you are trying to catch a live event. I find my self having to turn it off and on again, way too often.

The staff were very helpful, and friendly, helping me find what I needed. The quality of the product is very advanced, with high definition, and 4K specs. Top of the line, for movies, video games, and more. There are so many features, and I have just begun to experience them.

Good TV but absolutely terrible internal speakers. Worst I have ever heard. You will have to buy a sound bar with it.

Overall, a great TV. One issue in getting it set up. Did not want to retain settings with soundbar when streaming services selected. Took a couple trips from techs to see this. Hoping it all works now. If so, can go to a 5-star review.

Having a television at this price point is fair enough given that it is 4K in resolution. Unit also has e-ARC at the back which gives you chance to connect your high end speakers if you have them.

Don’t waste your money. I bought this television and it was laggy and glitchy. It took forever to load apps like Paramount+ and Netflix crashed once every couple months. It just felt so glitchy for the price /:

Well worth the money I spend every year I didn’t like my TV where it was sat. They came back and fixed it. No problems asked love Best Buy and their customer service.

It was easy to setup-- although near lips and other pink or red colorings lots of pixelation, especially from the side.

I love every aspect but the motion control, everytime you would click the center the motion control will activate, other then that its great!

The sales person and the installer from Best Buy made it easy for me and I could not have asked for better service. I am very happy with my new TV.

I like the voice search, clear and sharp screen. I also like the remote control, acting like mouse!!!!! I give it 5 stars ….

Bought this tv to replace my 10 year old Samsung 55”. Went thru the heavy lifting to install it in place of older Samsung in my living room, along with all other setup tasks. I was underwhelmed by picture quality and the AWFUL speakers. Went through every setting variations with little improvement. Would have returned it but I drilled thru beachside of legs to secure the tv. Had to switch to Plan B and put it in the bedroom and will add a sound bar eventually

Love the smart tv, would highly recommend this television if your looking for a 55" at a reasonable price.
