    I'm extremely disappointed in this TV. Dark scenes are so dark it's hard to make out any detail. The sharpness and colors are dull. I've tried every picture mode, adjusted the settings for each, and have taken all the glare off the screen possible, but I just haven't been able to achieve what I'd expect for a 4K UHD TV. I have an old Visio with a cracked screen I prefer to watch over this one. I use a sound bar, which is essential because the built-in speakers are horrible.

We strive to provide reliable, high-quality products and ensure a smooth viewing experience. For the dark scenes, it may be helpful to adjust the OLED Light or Brightness settings to increase visibility. Additionally, enabling HDR (High Dynamic Range) can enhance detail in dark scenes, and adjusting the Backlight may also help. You might want to explore specific picture modes like Cinema or ISF Expert for a more accurate picture, or tweak the Gamma setting to improve overall contrast. Since you’re using a soundbar, be sure the TV’s Audio Output is set to External Speaker and ensure the soundbar is properly configured.     I needed a TV for my living room so I went to Best Buy with no predetermined brand to buy. After talking to the salesman and viewing several TVs they had on display, The LG UHF LED 4K really stuck out. The picture was sharp, vibrant and crystal clear. So I decided to purchase that set. Two days later when the set was delivered and professionally install, the picture I was getting was far from what I saw in the showroom. The picture was dull, the faces were grainy, the color white was creamy looking, It looked like I was watching the TV in the fog. Needless to say I was totally disappointed. The set will be returned.
