Horrible purchase. TV has not updated in six months. Half dozen chats with LG with no resolve. I am told I would be contacted by Customer Service and have not received any additional contact once chat ends. Email provided is an email that begins another chat.

Would not recommend. Edge lighting runs into picture on dark screen so you get visible banding. Expected better from LG

Looks Nothing Like The One Displayed in the Store

I bought this after looking at all the options on display at the Best Buy store. Other than the higher end OLED’s and some more expensive TVs, this one seemed like the best one visually on display. The one at the store looked great. But when I brought one home today, it doesn’t look anything like the one in the store. Not even close. The picture is grainy, text is pixelated and hard to read, and some details are actually blurry. Yes there are quite a few settings to adjust the picture, and yes I tried all of them, and this TV is just very low quality. Even on the main Home Screen, all the app icons for Netflix and Hulu etc. are all pixelated and grainy. Now I get to put it back in the box and haul it back to the store. What a waste of time.

I have always purchased 4 LG TVs total for my home but I have NEVER bought a TV that gave me so much connectivity issues as this TV. I cannot stream no matter how much I try. I even bought two eero routers to extend the signal. It will connect and drop. I just have nothing left with this. Completely Disappointed!

Software is not great. Very, very slow compared to every other device in my house. Also, I don't know how but every audio setting is terrible. It filters the audio rather than just playing it, but it filters it very poorly so no matter what setting I'm using my hand is always on the volume controls. One moment I have it set to 50 so I can hear anything at all and the next I have it set to 8 so my ears stop bleeding. How they screwed that up I have no idea. Would not recommend, ever.

Love the picture, so clear and crisp with great saturation, but the TV only lasted 3 weeks before the wifi card stopped working and we can now only watch local stations on the TV. We are not able to watch any of the programs we pay for.
