    Poor Quality at a High PraI bought the LG UR9000 television because I had previously had good experiences with LG. I think seeing the product in the store convinced me momentarily. However, after having it for a month, I can tell you that it's a product that leaves much to be desired considering its price. Even televisions that cost $200 less provide better fidelity. The HDR is very poor, and the image quality is not the worst, but the images appear dark, and the contrast is off, making everything look bluer. What really disappoints me about this television also has a terrible sound quality. Considering it lacks any recommendable features and is highly priced, I would not recommend purchasing it.

    Problem with the WiFi connection. Geek came twice so far. Ordered some parts. Purchased with extended Warrenty. Picture is also not that great. Would like to exchange with another one.

    Picture is only good with brightness and contrast set at 100. Preset picture options are incredibly dark. TV speakers have very poor sound quality.

    I will start off with. I purchased a open box LG 55" 4K tv. The description that was given, excellent condition. It first was not disclosed that a remote didn't come with the tv. Secondly it is not disclosed that the manufacturer warranty is void and null. My LG TV failed after less than 10 hours of use. And has no warranty. Buyer's be warned. Purchase extended warranty.

    The sound is terrible. There's no other way to put it. There are multiple customization options but it still sounds bad.

    Not user friendly and did not work properly with Onkyo receiver, but i believe geek squad did not set up correctly. Tv exchanged & waiting for geek squad to make it all work properly with receiver.

    I guess you get what you pay for. Really disappointed in picture quality and sound quality. Not a good purchase. Sound is tinny and annoying. Old samung had better picture quality .

    I’m truly hate this tv, as the picture quality is not great and sound is terrible. I only kept it because I had no way to get it back to the store, as BB delivered it.

    My 4th LG tv that currently is in my home. I always liked them and they continue to perform to my standards. I like the color and picture from them. My only wish is the latest one is a 'smart tv' and I wish they would go away. All 4 are hooked to cable and Apple TV boxes. I also like the price.
