I received exactly what I expected with quality service and a quality TV. With the purchase new TV I am getting ready for more electronic upgrades in my new home.

We haven’t needed one since 2017, however my kids decided to throw balls across the room and damaged my Samsung 55” TV. We went shopping here and found the LG 55UR90 with AI assist. I thought with this being our first 4K tv AI assist may help. After opening the box and laying everything on the floor, I noticed a size difference between my current TV and the new one (LG55UR90). I got my measuring tape out AGAIN and measured my damaged Samsung 55” TV. It measured 55” screen ID. I measured the LG 55” screen ID and it measured 48”. Imagine my amazement and anger as I checked the box. Right there it says in bold writing 55” TV 54.4” screen. The box vs what it actually is was a total lie. I contacted LG and they told me rest assured that “our 55” TV’s are defaulted at (48”)”…I told them that was seven inches of lies. IT IS! Everyone may read this and laugh, but it’s a pain having to pack this tv back up. I’m taking it back to Best Buy, because this is the last night LG is back in my house. PS. The TV is so small now we can pack it into a Jeep. Which says a lot when it comes to a TV.
