However, I tried to return it 10 days after, not big enough, for a 70 inch and got disconnected on the phone after talking for 25 minutes with rep. They never bothered to call me back. I got back from overseas and called again and they said it was past 15 day deadline.BB’s fault for not calling me back not mine. Now my son wants a 70 inch for his birthday and I’m a little leery to buy it again at Best Buy.

Great option for a mid level TV

It didn’t really matter to me because I was planning to hang the tv and the LG ThinQ app allows me to use my smartphone as a TV remote.

No Written Documentation or RV Set Up

There is absolutely no paperwork or assistance in setting up the tv or connecting to DVR and/or cable, satellite, etc.... Documentation on line or with LG is extremely confusing as models don't match up and every model requires different set up. In addition, the "magic remote" that came with the tv is NOT the model that has directions on line and there is nothing online fir tge model included!
