||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this 55" flat screen, the box was in tac, so I didn't open it for 1 year but when I did the corner of my screen was cracked, Very disappointed. Lesson learned, make sure to open your tv's the same day and take photos right away before taking anything off of the screen. Also getting a 2 year warranty is a good idea, I didn't think I needed it, but obviously I did. Best Buy needs to check the merchandise before selling it.

It is voice ready, but does not come with a remote control that has voice capability. You have to buy that separately. The remote control that does come with it is clunky & bulky & has way too many unnecessary buttons. Also, the buttons are way too close together. The search feature is super annoying to use & not set up in a way that makes any sense. It will do updates, but it stays on the screen while it’s updating instead of doing it in the background, like every other tv I’ve owned. I hate the layout of the apps. I just hate everything about it. The screen quality is nice, but I wish I could give it back. I find everything about it annoying & frustrating.
