||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this 55" flat screen, the box was in tac, so I didn't open it for 1 year but when I did the corner of my screen was cracked, Very disappointed. Lesson learned, make sure to open your tv's the same day and take photos right away before taking anything off of the screen. Also getting a 2 year warranty is a good idea, I didn't think I needed it, but obviously I did. Best Buy needs to check the merchandise before selling it.

I waited 1 week to get it exchanged. I guess I wasn’t a priority. One would think someone would do the exchange within the next day or two . You should have offered to hook it up too .

Worst experience I ever had with Bestbuy. Always had good service when visiting the store itself, but I hose to purchase on Bestbuy internet site. Order my TV, and was to be delivered two days later with Geeksquad as well to set it up. Waited all day, no one showed up and no call. I called the geeksquad, and they said Monday. Monday came no one showed and again, no call.i called them again and they told me the tv was not available. Spoke to a “manager”, she said Thursday she would have it delivered and promised me a gift card never got one. Horrible service

It’s slow, it cycles for a long period of time when going to different channels or apps. It’s not user friendly, the remote is antiquated and doesn’t light up. There are no wallpaper screen saver just a clock that goes around. This was NOT a good buy and I would NOT recommend.

HULU, Netflix, Paramount and Peacock to name the ones we watch most.
