It does not cook properly or keep the temperature. My wife has cooked the same meals for 30 years and LG wants to blame us for the problem. . Poor customer service. Refuse to fix it even though it is under warranty. Technician came and was unable to fix the oven now they refuse to keep trying. He blew the main fuse at our condo. I have spent hours of my time trying to get this resolved.

When you spill anything on the top you have issues trying to get the stuff off. These appliances are not built to last like back in the day they were made sturdier.

The range top and inside of the oven are easy enough to clean. They compare equally to other electric convection ranges I've used and owned. However, I did get some drips on the inside of the double glass door that I will only be able to get off by unscrewing the inside of the door. The glass on top the range has a chipped in a couple spots but I did drop something in order for that to happen. I love that it matches all my other LG appliances in the same line.

We replaced an old Maytag with a glass top and it was much easier to clean. It bakes fine and seems to hold a consistant temperature. I cant find much about it that I like as far as the operation goes. It is fairly hard to use for basic operations. I am an IT person and even I find the controls hard to understand. When you turn on a burner it is either on high 9.0 or low 1.0. It then requires that you press or hold the touch panel for 15-30 seconds to adjust your burners. This becomes particularly difficult when a hot pan is cooking away and you have to hold your arm over that pan. Do your self a favor and get a range with analog old school knobs on it. The knobs are so much more intuitive than this unresponsive touch panel. The panel is most likely easier to clean but this does not make up for all of the long list of short comings that you will face with this range. Look elsewhere.
