Great range with a very badly designed surface

I LOVED my first one, but when it died I'd had it for enough years that I decided to just replace it rather than trying to get it fixed (which can be very difficult these days). When I ordered this range, I did not notice that the surface was a different design until I received it. I immediately didn't like the look of it, but worse than that, it gets easily scratched. It looks bad. But the range works great. I'm very disappointed that LG thought this surface was a good quality, or even good looking, design for the smooth surface. Come on, LG, you're better than that!

The oven is large and works on both convection and conventional settings. I am very pleased with the product. I just wish I could have purchased elsewhere. The customer service in getting it was lacking to say the least.

Burners worked well, had challenges determining oven temperature, never seemed right. Replacing with another Samsung after was reimbursed a % of the purchase price, MV DW and FRIG/FREEZER all work fine, this was not a good piece, bad decision,

Decided to treat ourselves to something more modern. So far, we've thoroughly enjoyed our new LG range. It checks all our boxes and has been a pleasure to use.
