Experience with best buy was top notch. The oven portion works great. However, as I'm told directly by LG, by design it will not boil a pot of water without a lid. Nowhere in any literature(instruction manual) or on best buy's nor LG's websites does it say anything about this. LG service tech came out to test it and told me the same. FYI Trying to cook noodles with a lid is not pleasant will be the nicest way I can say it. Best buy attempted to help me with contacting LG even after I had. I never did hear back from either parties.

Stove top and oven work great. They both heat up very quick. Only problem is the top scratches very easy.

I love my new range. It was easy to learn how to use the features. The one point that I'm disappointed with is that the storage drawer is so small. I can't keep everything in it that I used to keep in my old range's drawer. Except for that detail, it looks great and works fine.

It took a little while to get used to it. Love it.

The product is fine, but the "geek" who set it up was rather unhappy from begining to the end and showed great displeasure when reminded to take back some of the packaging that his colleague forgot to pick up on his way out.

Never had an LG before. It works great. more bells and whistles than I expected. it cooks well. I like the Warm feature, my wife and I use it a lot to keep water warm for tea and coffee and it auto shut off after 90 minutes or so.

LG - 6.3 Cu. Ft. Self-Cleaning Freestanding Electric Convection Range with EasyClean - Stainless steel. Is a perfect purchase. It cooks great on both Bake and Convection Bake/ Roast. I would recommend this to others if they are in need of a multifunction Range oven.

Replaced old GE profile with Samsung. Wifi features is helpful to change oven temperature and time from cell phone. There is a fan inside the oven which keeps uniform temperature. Also comes with air-fryer.

We really do like this oven. Heats quickly, evenly. Downside is the glass does not stay clean and you must stay in top of the grime. Also it is a bit hard to press the controls.

I haven’t had the chance to use my new LG oven yet but plan to very soon, since I have a meal planned. I recently bought a house and bought all LG appliances, mainly because of the reviews I had previously read on the Best Buy website and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

The stove/oven is great. At first I wasn’t sure about the push button burners, but I got used to them quickly and really like them a lot. I love the convection bake and roast. The oven heats and cooks evenly and quickly. I really like this unit.

From the moment I received delivery I knew this was exactly what I wanted. After using it this week, and making breakfast, lunch an dinners it met all my expectations. I just can't wait to use it for the coming holiday's and family gatherings.

We have had the LG stove only for a month but so far we are happy with it. It looks great and the oven is big compared to theirs we looked at. It cooks hotter than our old GE oven but that’s just getting used to it.
