I love the Size of the oven and overall it’s a great appliance very sleek and stylish. The only complaint I have is the cook top, very hard to keep clean and stain free. Being a somewhat textured glass top I never gave it another thought at the time of purchase. I went from a smooth cook top and easy to clean. To this I’m not so happy with.

I am not even using oven that often. Warranty is only good for one year. How convenient for LG. I don't know who gave all these 5 star ratings cos I found awful reviews elsewhere. "The enamel on the floor of the oven started coming off, now it is rusted and actually has holes! So disappointed in this company. They say it is not covered. BAD BUSINESS!" Poor Cooktop Surface
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The very first time I used the cooktop, using a very lightweight pan to scramble some eggs, the cooktop showed scratches. I never moved the pan around; only lifted it off the burner when done. A cooking surface be made to should stand up to normal use without scratching after one use. I was overly cautious to avoid scratches, because I didn't want this stove to look like my 18 year old stove!

SO Disappointed in LG Oven Range

The heating element in the oven doesn’t work and the heating elements on stove top don’t heat up. We were so excited to get all LG appliances. I didn’t like Samsung bc, they too, are garbage. But I was a Rep for LG appliances for a few months and thought they were fantastic products. We had a GE stove that lasted years. We have a baby and 11 year old and can’t cook. It’s such a disaster. We are so disappointed. Pure garbage. Korean products are tin cans.

My daughter who is pregnant began and other night cooking her craving food. She put the ingredients in to make her white chicken chili, goes to place the chicken breast in, and as she does she hears a very loud noise, instantly drops everything else turns of the stove and removes the pot only to find the stove top cracked. She will be calling customer service in the morning. I have never seen her so upset or scared. Thankfully nothing caught on fire or anyone was hurt!
