It's very easy to use, and the preheat does work quickly it may be confusing at first as you ask for a preheat temperature of 400 though it shows 110 it just means it's the current temperature until it heats up to the desired temperature

Santiago R. was very professional and answered all my questions in detail. I am very satisfied with the range, I love all its features and specially that it is user-friendly.

Very pleased with the quality of this oven. Would recommend and buy again. WiFi feature is weak and of very little use. Can live without that. Hopefully LG will get better in this area in the future.

Great oven, works super well. Easy cleaning, convection oven feature cooks food even and quickly.

The product is a good looking product and operates and functions well to my cooking needs for my family.

Nice looking, works well so far. The air fryer didn’t really crisp the food but we could have done it incorrectly and are going to try again. Only thing I don’t like so far is cleaning the stove top. Maybe there’s a trick to it but clean up is not easy.

Haven't had it long, but we really like it so far. Don't know if we'll ever use all the features, but the burners heat well and the oven is a nice size. Love the 3 shelves.

So far the only thing that I don't like about this range is the seal between the glass stove top and the stove. The material around the edges is very sticky

This product was a big improvement to what I had. It is everything I hoped for and more. Also, the delivery was prompt and the delivery people were accommodating and knowledgeable.

This stove is great so far the only problem that I haven’t been able to figure out is that when I am using the air fryer my food seems to take longer than the time on the item that I am cooking. If anyone has any input on this please feel free to share and thank you in advance.

This has been an excellent purchase so far! No issues; even burners both on stovetop and oven. The only con is the glass surface; it can easily get scratch. Other than that, great purchase, a step up from Samsung.

The stove top heats up very quickly. I love the display and the choices for options. Very easy to use. The oven seems to cook a little faster than I thought. I'm still learning to use the air fryer but I recommend get the rack with the airfryer for $59.00 . It has a large cooking area.

Great features, convection, air fry, fast boil. Haven’t tried air fry yet so no comment on that. Convection, normal bake and broiling results are excellent. Cooktop fast burner brings water is a nice feature. The only negative, the air fry basket is not included.

I researched stoves for many months and after it all landed on this one. Honestly, I cook almost every meal at home so having a good stove is very important for me. The stove top has grey dots all over it which many do not. This is important because it helps to clean and doesn't show as many imperfections as shiny black which most stove tops are made with. The top heats very fast and cooks well. My only complaint would be it is very hard to see which burner size you are turning on as the indicator is very tiny next to the knobs. I have done a good bit of baking mostly with the convection and it works wonderful crisping and browning and baking beautifully!! So far I am really happy with my purchase.

Love this stove. It is now so fast to boil water with the dual burner. Air fry feature is great- love to make sweet potato fries. I was disappointed that the stove had air fry feature but didn’t give an air fry basket and tried to order it but out of stock. Other than that, I would recommend this stove.

We just purchased this stove and so far everything seems to be great. HOWEVER, we are very upset with the misleading description on the BestBuy site. We were specifically trying to find a range that we could plug into our 120-volt outlet and that's exactly what the description on the BestBuy site claims this range is. THAT IS NOT THE CASE. In the end, we had to pay our electrician MORE than the range itself cost in order to run the lines to get this range to work in our condo. We specifically switched from a gas range to get rid of gas appliances for environmental reasons.
