It does tell you this in the directions. This stove is great. I love that when I boil something the burner lights up and then goes dark to keep it from boiling over. Make sure the delivery person installs the anti-tip bracket and level the stove properly. They whiz in and out without checking these things.

As someone who ours always trying new recipes I could never go back to a regular oven

I have baked a pizza in the oven and you do not have to trun the pizza half way through the baking cycle. I also like the idea that it has three baking racks so that when we are entertaining for a large crowd we can have more that one item baking at the same time.
