Cook top gets hot fast. The oven seems to take more time to get up to temp. The drawer is tiny. Love the knock knock feature. Can check on food without opening the door.

Love my oven but what good is an air fryer without the air fryer basket, was pretty disappointed to get it all set up and then no air fryer basket

I love everything about it, stole it for 600 in scratch and dent.still haven't used the air fryer yet

The stove is great but it takes some getting used to. The convection feature isn't great.

Awesome stove top! Don’t like that the ends are silicone makes it a little more difficult to clean the top!

I am enjoying all the new features of this range. However, having had my previous one for a long time, there is a learning curve with understanding them.

Is there a Class on how the stove works? Wife is still afraid to use the stove, it's all new to her. There really should be a class to explain how the stove operates!

This stove is Great!! Welove we can turn it off and on from anywhere. And it lets us know when the oven is ready.

I had this delivered 1 June 2021. When I tried to heat the oven to 350 per setup guidelines it took over an hour. I called BestBuy and initially they said they'd replace it and put me on hold. They came back and said they could not do that and would send a repair person. Instead they sent someone to install it so I rescheduled a repair person. He ordered a part which did not fix the problem. He made 2 separate trips. During this time I contacted BestBuy to see about just getting the oven replaced after all. After a LOOOOONG time on hold and disconnected calls, I spoke with someone and was advised I was out of the 14 day replacement window. I was NEVER given the option by BestBuy to replace and their misguidance and incorrect information cost me the opportunity to replace my expensive but defective and useless oven. Despite their mistake, because it's been longer than 14 days, I don't have another option with them. It's truly ridiculous. It never worked, I told them immediately, it still doesn't work, they knew about it but gave me no replacement option. While they are not responsible for the defective stove, they should honor the requirement to replace the defective item. They gave me such bad information in this scenario but I have to bear the brunt. Unfair!

This range has met all of our expectations. The oven is fantastic and cooking in it has been great. Many choices on burners to use.

I love my range so far! Burners are heating up very quickly compared to my old electric range! Wish the bottom storage drawer was a little larger !

We love our new stove. Works well. Burners seems to be heating up fast, but oven does not. But well satisfied with it overall

Mu range is awesome! Other than the sophisticated functionality of the appliance, I like the cool indigo blue interior of the oven.

We had been looking to upgrade our kitchen. When it happened, we decided on on the LG. We could not be more pleased with our choice.

I was hesitant about having all the features on this oven. However, i cant beleive that i never had them in my old one! Love the double knock feature

This thing is light years ahead of our last crappy stove. Feels luxurious. I can whip up a batch of no-bake-cookies in 10 minutes flat!

Love LG products, almost everything I have is LG, this oven is easy to use, heats very quickly, wish it’s came with Air fryer baskets.

We needed a new stove because the old one was not working. BB replaced the stove under warranty quickly and easily.

All good things to say. WiFi preheating is awesome
